Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.(The tracking number should be send to us in 7 days once customer and service are in agreement on return and exchange.)
3. Items that are being returned&exchanged should be new, and unworn.They should be kept in its original condition with size tags. (Items without a tag are not refundable or exchange.)
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
6. The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

1. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable
3.Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors are not refundable.
1. The refund will be issued through your original payment method within 7 days after the package was received.
2. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit (gift card) as you requested.
- Customers who enjoy free shipping on their order will have a £5 shipping fee deducted from their refund if customers want to return their package.
- The DHL express shipping rate is non-refundable if customers want to return their package.
- Louilyjewelry will reimburse customer £5 as the return shipping fee via store credit under the following circumstances.
1. Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact Louilyjewelry within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
When it comes to exchange, customers will be charged £5 for the exchange shipping fee via PayPal under the following circumstances.
1.Customer ordered the wrong size.
2.Customer does not like the item in person.
1. If the cancellation is made less than 8 hours after order was placed, there would be no cancellation fee.
2. If the cancellation is made between 8 to 24 hours after order was placed, there would be a 10% cancellation fee.
3. If the cancellation is made 24 hours after order was placed, there would be a 30% cancellation fee.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
All rose/yellow gold Jewelry are plated 1um color on the surface of 925 silver. During daily wear, rubbing or bumping will cause fade, which is normal. It is not a quality issue.
